Synopsis
This work is the result of the scientific production of the 1st International Governance, Compliance and Ethics Congress, organized by the R&D Projects: Culture of Peace and Democracy and Self-protection and Realization of Private Law, hosted at Ratio Legis - Center for Research and Development in Legal Sciences at the University Autonoma de Lisboa, with the support of the Bahia Research Center on Law, Education and Public Policy (Cidep) of UniFG - Centro Universitário da Faculdade Instituto Rio de Janeiro and the Ethical and Compliant International Institute. The event and the book present a scientific, theoretical and practical dialogue on «Public and Corporate Governance, Compliance and Ethics» produced by twenty-four professors and researchers from universities in Portugal, Spain and Brazil.
